CLUED The Lexington Project

Thanks to all who attended our last CLUED meeting to discuss the Lexington Project! We deeply appreciated all of the community members who came out Monday evening. Urban development is one of the most important issues today, particularly in light of our country's affordable housing crisis.

The Committee on Land Use and Economic Development (CLUED) is holding its next meeting on July 15th, 6:30-8:30pm at the Wilder Center to hear details regarding the Lexington Project. The project is a proposed residental building to be developed on a currently vacant site located at 411-417 Lexington Pkwy N (just south of the intersection of University Ave and Lexington Pkwy N).The project is currently anticipating ~250 market-rate apartment units.

All residents and community members from neighbording districts are welcome, given the project's unique location near the intersection of Union Park, Hamline-Midway, Frogtown, and Summit-University Districts. Check out our facebook event to RSVP, invite friends, and find more information.
